Management

K Anand
CEO

Anand has 30 years of experience in the IT industry in providing Management & IT consulting and services to clients in various geographies.

His experience in key roles in some of the leading Indian Management & IT consulting organizations and long stints in servicing and managing client relationship has enabled Anand to acquire cross functional and deep process expertise, coupled with solutioning acumen for different verticals.

Anand spearheaded development of globally successful enterprise products in HR and Plant Maintenance domains. Later, he was instrumental in setting up, almost from scratch, a globally renowned IT consulting and services offshore capability, by which grew it manifold to over 2000 consultants. His experience was widely leveraged by cutting-edge start-ups in Enterprise applications, Textual Analytics and Mobility solutions.

In his role as CEO, Anand sets the vision for TTS' forays in the Indian and Asian markets, while collaborating in ensuring implementing of TTS' vision for the US market.

Alumni of BITS Pilani and IIM Calcutta, Anand brings to bear deep analytical strengths with extensive business leadership experience.

Muralidharan K
CFO

Murali is a Chartered Accountant (Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India) and has over 25 years of International Accounting, Financial Management and Management Consulting experience.

Murali's experience spans several areas including financial and operations management, tax, assurance, international finance and accounting. He has worked in various corporations across India, USA, Canada and UAE in the construction, manufacturing, distribution, consulting and other fields. He thus brings a cross-cultural flavor to his work in managing the finances of diverse business units at TTS.

In his role, Murali leads the accounting & financial management functions for TTS across its global operations.

Manthramurthy Ramachandran
Company Secretary

A Masters Degree holder in Commerce and a member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India, Mr. Manthramurthy is a Professional Company Secretary with decades of experience in both the Government and Private Sectors. He heads the Company's Secretarial and Legal functions and is the Compliance Officer of the Company.

Anand Gadre
Vice President, CRM & Delivery Head

Anand heads the CRM businesses and defines the strategy and vision for, and leads all Microsoft Dynamics CRM as well as Clarify Smart Support businesses across different geographies. He also heads all of our service delivery from our offshore facilities.

Anand has over 17 years of experience in IT consulting and services, with focus on CRM and Analytics solutions. His experience includes leading CRM and BI practices in large Solutions and IT services organizations including Caritor, Syntel, SAS and Religare. In these practices he has been responsible for developing capabilities, as well as delivering solutions and services while growing the business within these Sectors.

Anand has an Engineering degree from Madras University and a PGDM from Xavier Institute of Management.

Group Captain K. Balasubramanian

Mr. Balasubramanian is a retired Air Force officer who was commissioned in the IAF in the Technical branch after obtaining his engineering degree in 1962 and served in the Air Force for 32 years. Bala was awarded his postgraduate degree in Aircraft design at the Cranfield Institute of Technology, Cranfield, U.K. He is experienced in transport, fighter and helicopters and missiles. Bala has been a Flight Engineer, Maintenance Engineer, Flight Test Engineer and Chief Project Manager for new aircraft inductions in IAF. He did his MBA in Finance with specialization in life-cycle costing of large Projects. He was the Deputy Project Director of Light Combat Aircraft Project at Aeronautical Development Agency. He has been the Chief Engineering Officer of two Airbases in IAF and has been the Chief Engineer for Engine Overhaul. Bala has developed a simulation model for Spares Forecasting for Leading Fighter aircraft. He also served as the officer commanding of Air Force Unit at HAL (Nasik Division). He is a qualified Russian Language Interpreter for IAF, having passed the Russian Language Interpretership examination with distinction. He has completed several professional courses while in IAF, including mathematical modeling, MRP, Senior Technical Officers Management Course and several courses specific to aircraft and systems.

Since 1994, he has been associated with the Teledata group, one of the global software products companies in India, which provides software solutions to the Maritime industry, Education, E-governance, Energy and Telecom sectors. Currently, he serves as the Chairman of TTS. Bala is interested in Software Design and Architecture and Computer integrated manufacturing and E-Learning.

He is a member of the IT Vision Group under the Chairmanship of Chief Minister of Punjab. He is a Fellow of the Institution of Engineers, All India Institute of Management and Institution of Material Management. He is a member of several Professional Institutions, such as Computer Society of India, Fluid Power Society, and Indian Society for Technical Education. He likes e-mentoring and research in online learning.

Mr. N. Sakthivel

N. Sakthivel is a Graduate Mechanical Engineer and Certified First Class (Motor) Engineer. After serving as an Industrial Engineer for two years with Trichy Productivity Council, he underwent Marine Engineering Training with Madras Port Trust. Subsequently, he was with a shipping company and served in various capacities in various roles. He has also managed a ship repairing and overhauling corporation carrying out a wide range of highly specialized ship repairs and survey work.

Mr. R. Ravichandran

Mr. Ravichandran is is 57 year old and is a Graduate in Mechanical Engineering. He has served in large process Industries for about 20 years in production, maintenance and general management. A true visionary, he has a keen interest in the software services domain and the transformation of possibilities into real products and services.

Mr. M. S. Ramakrishnan

M.S. Ramakrishnan is an M. Com, MBA, CAIIB and a PGDCA. He has a varied and rich experience in the field of banking - Core banking, Branch Management, Credit Management, Foreign Exchange Management, Marketing, Computerization, Control, etc., for more than two decades. For nearly three years he was Vice President of PNB Capital Services, a merchant banking subsidiary of Punjab National Bank. As a Merchant Banker, he is an expert in capital markets - Project Appraisal, Initial Public Offerings, Syndication, M&A, Restructuring, etc. and advises the company on matters in this field.

Mr. G. Jagadish

He is the Chairman and Managing Director of SoftSolve Pvt Ltd. His educational background includes B.com, LLB, with an MBA (Management & Human Resources). He is an experienced Managing Director with strong leadership and communication skills. He is an expert in all matters relating to the human side of an organization and possesses excellent leadership and communication skills. He is an effective team builder with proven capability in strategic work, as well as successfully delivering profitable growth. He is tactically astute in managing a complex supply chain, innovative in sales and marketing, pragmatic, hardworking, and at the same time, very approachable. In his executive role, he is responsible for addressing operational and strategic issues; including reviewing acquisition and disposal options.
